Relays
A relay is a server that accepts events and serves them back. You publish to relays and you read from relays.
Two official relays:

The free relay advertises NIPs 1, 4, 17, 29, 42, 57, 59 and others. Private chat kinds are restricted to the people in the event. Keep it as the inbox (kind 10050).
The paid relay is Nostream. Write requires a one-time 2100 sat Lightning admission per pubkey. Full client steps: Paid relay setup.
Put both in kind 10002 (outbox/inbox list) and only the free relay in kind 10050 (DM inbox). The identity API returns both templates.
